2020
I studied art direction at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires. Before finishing my degree I started to dedicate myself to the union between dance and cinematographic exploration. Thus, as a director, I participated in international residencies in experimental film development and video performance, and in major national and international festivals of fiction, screendance and performing arts, such as the Leeds Film Festival, Cinedans, In/Motion Chicago, and won awards at Dance Camera West (USA), Short Waves (Poland) and Flatpack (UK). I was also Durban's International Contemporary Dance Festival's first dance-on-screen curator.
In 2019 I was awarded a grant by the National Fund for the Arts to promote my research on visio-gestural languages and audiovisual language. I was a guest artist at the Bienal of Movement in Madrid (BAC), at the Jornadas de Videodanza y Videoperformance in Valencia and at the British Film Institute. I also collaborated as a volunteer with the arts accessibility organizations Signed Culture and Shape Arts for the Tate Modern Museum in London.
